If not otherwise stipulated, the pricelist and rules contained in Ministerial Order 19/2001, 29 January (BOE No.37, 12/02/2001) will be applicable. This order establishes the application of the rules contained in art. 27 of Act 8/1989, 13th April regulating public taxes and prices following the redaction given in Act 25/1998, 13th of July, incremented according to the latest Consumer Price Indexes drawn up by the National Institute of Statistics.
In the event of projects or tasks that are not contained in the pricelist, prices will take into account the cost of the materials and the personnel involved. An estimate will be issued that must be accepted in writing by the client.
In case of an urgent application, requiring additional work shifts, a 15-40% surcharge will be applied to the order.
The invoices will reflect the conditions and prices established in the offer. They will include the price with or without VAT as of the offer date.
CEHIPAR will charge 50% of the total price for the projects submitted before beginning the projects. The remaining 50% will be charged on delivery of the corresponding results and reports. The same procedure is valid for all additional works agreed. Where CEHIPAR considers it advisable, an irrevocable line of credit will be required to guarantee payment of the order. Failure to comply with this requirement may lead to project stoppage or termination of the contract without further notice.
The payment should be made within 30 days from the reception of the invoice. Any complaint about the invoice must be received at CEHIPAR within 14 days from the receipt. Complaints do not justify the client’s failure to pay.
Beyond this term, should the payment remain outstanding, a surcharge will be applied, pursuant to art.100 of the General Regulations for Collection.
All deliveries submitted to the client remain property of CEHIPAR until payment in full, pursuant to the contract.
The property rights over the results of a project will continue to belong to CEHIPAR until full payment of the order.
Should the client reduce the size of the order, CEHIPAR may demand compensation for any related expenses and 30% of the price of the work withdrawn.
